At Ra > Lighting, we stand behind the quality and reliability of our products. We offer a comprehensive warranty to ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind.

Warranty Coverage

  • Duration: All our fixtures are backed by a 5-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
  • What is Covered: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. If a fixture fails due to such defects during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of the defective product.

Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to fading, discoloration, or minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality.
  • Damage caused by external factors such as power surges, improper voltage, environmental conditions (e.g., excessive heat, moisture, or corrosive environments), or use with incompatible accessories.
  • Products that have been tampered with, disassembled, or repaired by unauthorized parties.
  • Incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of use, revenue, or data.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim:

  1. Contact our customer support team at sales@ra-lighting.com within the warranty period.
  2. Provide a detailed description of the issue, including photos or videos if possible.
  3. Include the original order number or purchase order (PO) number from your purchase. Claims cannot be processed without this information.
  4. If approved, we may request the return of the defective product for inspection (shipping costs may apply).

Upon validation, we will determine the appropriate remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) and notify you of next steps. Replacement products will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.
